Standard Features

• Emails sent from your domain (sales@yourcompany.com), rather than from the carrier

• Emails can be in HTML or text formats

• Embed your company logo into the email header

• Configurable subject: create a custom subject line that will be used for all emails. The subject can include such information as your company name, order number and ship date

• Configurable email headers and footers: create custom headers and footers that include important messages, marketing information, contact info, etc

• Configurable body: select from a list of available fields to create a custom message body that will be used for all emails including:

  • Order number

  • Customer's Purchase Order #

  • Date shipped

  • Complete ship to address

  • Number of boxes

  • Carrier Name

  • Service level

  • Tracking Number(s)

  • An html link to the tracking results on the carrier's web page (if applicable)

• Can convert Malvern shipper and service level information to meet customer preferences

• Carrier and service level names can be translated into your own preferred format

• Configurable email retries/redundancy: if returned emails or Internet server problems prevent  delivery of your emails, Malvern can re-send the messages again, and within a time you specify

• Multiple-carton shipments: emails can be configured to include the total number of boxes and all tracking number within in a multiple carton order

• Live or batch emailing modes: send an email at the point of shipment, or send all emails together at the end of the day
