Hardware Return Policy - If within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged hardware along with all original packaging after contacting us to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty related matters after 30 days.

Compatibility - While all Eltron and Zebra thermal label printers are compatible with the Malvern Manifest System and Malvern Site Server shipping software, we recommend the models on this page. The Malvern P-250S Scale is intended for use with the Malvern Manifest System and is not compatible with third-party applications.
