LOW Volume  (approx. 1-10 parcels per day)

Manual Metering

Standard in all Malvern products is the ability to generate accurate rates for all domestic and international USPS shipments. The rates are optionally printed on the shipping label or doc-tab to enable the shipper to generate the appropriate postage amount from an existing postage meter.

Low to Mid-Volume  (approx. 1-200 parcels per day)

Internet Postage (Endicia DAZzle Interface)

Automates the processing of USPS parcels by printing address labels complete with live postage, delivery confirmation (tracking) barcodes and international documentation (when applicable). The online postage is managed by an online, prepaid postage account managed by Endicia.  Unlike a postage meter tape, an optional feature with Internet Postage called "Stealth Indicia" hides the actual postage amount from the recipient. 

 

Postage Meter Interface

Provides a real-time link between your Malvern Manifest System and a Data-Pac compatible Hasler or Pitney Bowes postage meter for fast, accurate and integrated USPS processing and postal accounting functions.

Mid to High-Volume  (up to and over 200 parcels per day)

Postal Manifesting 

Postal Manifesting allows the USPS to accept and verify mailings containing non-identical weight and/or rate pieces of the same mail class and processing category. Manifesting is ideal for situations where there are not enough identical pieces to qualify for a presort or where postal charges cannot be adequately verified by weight or other normal acceptance procedures. The USPS Manifest Mailing technique can only be used for mail whose postage is paid by permit imprint.
